Surveys and questionnaires are commonly used to capture people’s experiences with technology. However, some older adults can experience difficulties when reading and filling out paper-based questionnaires, and inexperienced computer users may not be comfortable with web-based alternatives.
We extend previous research in human-computer interaction (HCI) on the use of tangible technologies to report user experience (UX) by offering a kit to report the UX of a subgroup of older adults who have had little experience with technology.
